Comm was great. House was very accommodating for my family of 9 with 5 different groups from single son to married couples and 2 grandsons. House is situated conveniently in the midst of a nice subdivision in the middle of a million subdivisions. That’s just the way it is. We had great steak dinners in Scottsdale and multiple meals and carry outs of pizza, Italian, and Chinese. Gilbert and Chandler are also close by for shopping and dining. Hiking and golfing options are within 20-30 minutes. Very clean. Beds good. We had an issue with the pool heater completely falling but Anne worked thru that issue with us, again great comms. Bottom line….. would stay there with mine again!

We were looking for an Airbnb that we could bring two families together to celebrate a new addition to the family and where we could host a baby shower. We had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out and feel comfortable. It was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for us—close to Scottsdale, which made it super convenient. We would definitely stay here again!
